| Ordering Procedure |  |
 First choose a photograph you would like to print. |

Next you should decide on the size and shape,
font type and color,
messages, photo wrap, etc... ( if required )

After that, go to our easy step by step Ordering Form
and tick the appropriate boxes, it's really easy.
( including uploading your photographs )
On our order form, we have included a space for you to direct us,
so you can get the exact result you are looking for.
For example, two or more photos on one Canvas Style Board,
or any other special requirements you may have, we can even
erase unwanted people from the background, etc... |

Your order can then be sent directly from
our ordering form to our system for processing.
Upon receiving your order, we will send you a
conformation e-mail to let you know we have received it. |

We will make your canvas design from your requests, and send your
sample designs for you to check before we print your artwork ( if required ),
but for orders that need little or no photo editing other than adjusting
the contrast, or simple alignment adjustments (which is free of charge),
it is usually not necessary. |

After we make your design ( or you checked your sample designs ),
we will start make your canvas.
Once you give us the thumbs up, your artwork will be ready in a day or two. |

Delivery of our products within Japan are sent through KURO NEKO,
and overseas packages via the post office with EMS.
KURO NEKO is a next day service,
while overseas packages may take 7 to 10 days.
If you choose COD, we will send it after we finished to make it.
If you choose Bank Transfer, we will send it after we checked it. |

Please note
In most cases your order can be ready for delivery within a week depending on how many orders we have at the time.
We donft want to rush your order because your art and your business is very important to us.
However it is also possible your art may be ready sooner, but please remember that beautiful art takes time, and
that is our promise to you, beautiful art! |

On the order form there is a space provided here for you to give us
your required information, ie. the message you would like printed,
for example, Name, place, date, logo, or whatever you would like
on your canvas. Also your font and color prefrence and where
you would like the text placed, for example top left or bottom right. |

4. Framing

This section refers to whether you would like to have your image wrap around
the edge of the frame or to choose the classic white sided version. ( please
be aware that some designs may be unsuitable for wrapping) for example
to much of the main subject might be to close to the edge.
