This section refers to whether you would like to have your image wrap around
the edge of the frame or to choose the classic white sided version. ( please
be aware that some designs may be unsuitable for wrapping) for example
to much of the main subject might be to close to the edge.

Photograph data recommendation size
(Before sending your data in to us, please read the following information carefully.) |
This section can get very complex to explain,
and usually the best method is to send us your desired data and we can check it for you.
We can then give you the recommended printing size free of charge.
As a rule always send your biggest data size, even if you would only like to have a small size canvas printed.
Also please be advised that once your size has been decided and you choose to go ahead with your order,
if your design requires your ok before printing we will send your design to be checked in a small format.
For designs that include 2 or more photos, it is possible to use smaller data sizes.

always upload the largest possible image you have WITHOUT UP SIZING IT on any software
some emailing services are not equiped to transer data larger that 10 megabytes,
in this case if you have more that 10MB please send your
photos in separate e-mails.
Or try sending through "THIS SITE" a free data transfer service, which will allow you to send large format files.
(please ensure that the data we are using to make your design belongs to you,
there are very serious consequences to using copywritten images i.e. downloaded from the internet).

| About returned goods exchanges |
 If your canvas arrives in an unsatisfactory condition or you are unsatisfied with your artwork please contact us within 7 days
Please note that bank fees and carrier charges are non refundable.
We will refund the principle amount
Delivery fees, cash on delivery commission, and transfer commissions cannot be refunded.
Damaged caused by fault of the consumer are not refundable.
If your goods are damaged
We will exchange damaged goods, if caused during the delivery process.
If your product is damaged during the delivery process, please try to contact us immediately, or within ten days.
Your artwork will be exchanged once we have received it back at our office and we can inspect the damage. |

| About cancellation |
We cannot accept cancellation after you have confirmed your design and the manufacture has commenced.
If manufacturing of your product has not commenced, we will be happy to accept your cancellation
once your order has been completed we have a NO RETURN policy. |
