All canvases will be sent on the day of their completion.
Your canvas will be sent out upon conformation of your preferred payment.

| Return methods and policies |   Returns and cancellations policies
  Cancellation will not be accepted after the design has been confirmed and
printing is completed.
  For returns, the customer must contact us within 7 days of receiving their order.
  All returns must be done so promptly and without having been used.
  Sorry, but bank fees and COD charges cannot be refunded.
  Preemptive orders made before you have sent your data or have paid your fee may be
canceled.
  all orders are final and non returnable (be sure you like your design before giving
us the go ahead to print your design).
  In case of damage on delivery.
If damaged on delivery we will replace your canvas upon its return to us.
Provided it is returned within ten days.
  Damage due to customers misuse or abuse eg, water damage etc,
will not be replaced or refunded.
  If damaged please return the parcel to the carrier immediately upon receiving your it.
